A lot of foods and drinks are full of sugars or carbohydrates, salad dressings, juices, yogurts, cereals etc.

Depression, hyperactivity, yeast infections, sleepiness, and headaches are symptoms of sugar overdose. It can cause many other diseases like, problems with the heart, cancer or high sugar blood.

The connection between weight gain and sugar consumption

When we eat too much sugar the body uses part of it for energy but the other part is kept in our body as fat. Because this sugar isn’t natural our body treats it like intestinal bacteria and it increases the sugar levels in our blood and is stored as a fat in our waist, hips, and thighs.

Say no to sugar

If you say no to sugar you will certainly have a lot of benefits so, follow out detox-plan for 3 days and experience it for yourself.

Day 1

For breakfast: boiled or scrambled eggs (3) and oats (1 cup) with some berries, almonds, and seeds.

Snack: a bowl of nuts

For lunch: boiled vegetable like beans, beets, parsnips, butternut squash, carrots, and almonds with some chicken breasts.

For dinner: green beans (1 bowl), fried mushrooms or boiled fish and broccoli.

Day 2

For breakfast: scrambled eggs (3) and oats (1 cup) with some berries, almonds, and seeds or spinach.

Snack: a bowl of nuts

For lunch: a salad (red cabbage, ground green, carrots, salt, lemon, and olive oil) or grilled zucchini with red and yellow peppers, lemon thyme and vinegar

For dinner: baked cod, bok choy stir-fried, Brussels sprouts roasted, turnips, green vegetables steamed, bean soup, vegetable casserole.

Day 3

For breakfast: scrambled eggs (3) and oats (1 cup) with some berries, almonds, and seeds or shrimps and salad of walnuts, sautéed kale and radish.

Snack: a bowl of nuts

For lunch: roasted chicken with black olives, onions and thyme or with rosemary, sage, and lemon

For dinner: pasta with meat, mushrooms, basil, and tomato or garlic or mushrooms broth with bay leaves, onion, celery, carrots, and thyme.

Drinks for detoxification

  • Detox water: in a jar of water add some blueberries, chopped oranges, strawberries, and grapefruits, rosemary or mint. Drink from this every day and keep it in the fridge.
  • Tea: green or any kind of herbal tea without sugar.
  • Coffee: only one cup per bay black and unsweetened.
