  • Cumin seeds
  • Curd
  • Water
  • Cumin seeds powder

Preparation

1st drink

One spoon of the cumin seeds, soak into a glass of water. Leave them over the night and in the morning boil the mixture and then strain it. Drink this mixture in the morning and add ½ in it.

2nd drink

Mix 3-4 spoons of curd and 1 spoon of cumin seeds powder. Eat this two times per day after or before your meal.
