Dinner – lettuce and one roasted steak

Day 2

Breakfast – only coffee without any milk or sugar and a small bun

Lunch – lettuce and one grilled steak, and one fruit if you want

Dinner – boiled ham (as much as you want)

Day 3

Breakfast – only coffee without any milk or sugar and a small bun

Lunch – one tomato and some lettuce and 2 boiled eggs

Dinner – lettuce and ham (as much as you want)

Day 4

Breakfast – only coffee without any milk or sugar and a small bun

Lunch – fresh cheese (100 g.) and boiled carrots or beets and 1 boiled egg

Dinner – fruit, yogurt (as much as you want)
