This effective diet will help you to lose a lot of weight, very fast. It contains low-calorie snacks and strict calorie count. This diet has 6 different steps and you must pay attention to every one of them.

The key to this diet is that you get your body into a state known as ketosis. It is a state when you take calories only to function normally.

Step 1

This step is known as “sole source” and this is your daily consumption.

  • Three Cambridge weight plan products and 2.25 l. of fluid per day or
  • Four Cambridge weight plan products and 2.25 l. of fluid
  • You can drink some herbal or fruit tea or a coffee.

Step 2

The daily consumption.

  • 5 l. of fluid
  • Three Cambridge weight plan products
  • 200 kcal meal
  • Coffee, tea or diet coke
  • If you have Ready to Drink bar or shake, take addition 0.25 l of water.

Step 3

  • 150 kcal breakfast
  • Two Cambridge weight plan products
  • Lunch: green salad (cucumber, lettuce, rocket, spinach)
  • Dinner: 400 kcal.
  • Skimmed milk (200 ml)
  • 5 l of fluid
  • Coffee, tea or diet coke
  • If you have Ready to Drink bar or shake, take addition 0.25 l of water.

Step 4

  • 200 kcal breakfast
  • Two Cambridge weight plan products
  • Lunch: green salad (cucumber, lettuce, rocket, spinach)
  • Dinner: 400 kcal.
  • Skimmed milk (200 ml)
  • 100 kcal bonus
  • 5 l of fluid
  • Coffee, tea or diet coke
  • If you have Ready to Drink bar or shake, take addition 0.25 l of water.

Step 5

  • 200 kcal breakfast
  • Two Cambridge weight plan products
  • Lunch: green salad (cucumber, lettuce, rocket, spinach)
  • Dinner: 400 kcal.
  • Skimmed milk (200 ml)
  • 100 kcal bonus
  • 5 l of fluid
  • Coffee, tea or diet coke
  • If you have Ready to Drink bar or shake, take addition 0.25 l of water.

Step 6 – Maintenance

The main goal of this step is to maintain the weight. Now you must be active and to avoid temptations. Enjoy the new weight and don’t forget how hard you have worked.

Keep in mind

  • Limit the caffeine consumption
  • No alcohol
  • Avoid chewing gums
  • Don’t skip meals
