This diet plan will help you to lose up to 22 pounds in a week, clean the arteries, and improve your overall health. It has all the essential nutrients and you won’t feel hungry.

The breakfast is fruit (melon, watermelon, orange, peach, and pear) you shouldn’t eat grapes or bananas.

Day 1

Lunch: yogurt (1 cup), boiled egg (1), orange (1)

Dinner: rusk (2 pieces), cucumber (½), eggs (2), tomatoes (2)

Day 2

Lunch: yogurt (200 ml.), boiled egg (1), orange (1)

Dinner: rusk (1), boiled beef (125 g.), orange (1), tomatoes (1), tea or coffee (1 cup)

Day 3

Lunch: yogurt (1 cup), boiled egg (1), orange (1), lettuce or cucumber

Dinner: rusk (1), boiled beef (125 g.), orange (1), tea or coffee (1 cup)

Day 4

Lunch: tomato (1), rusk (1), cow’s cheese (125 g.)

Dinner: rusk (1), boiled beef (125 g.), apple (1), tomato (2)

Day 5

Lunch: tomato (1), rusk (1), boiled fish or meat (200 g.)

Dinner: boiled carrot, potato or peas (500 g.)

You should take a break on day 6 and 7. During this diet avoid alcohol and soda and continue with the diet on day 8. Repeat the diet plan 3 times. After you finish the diet consume this on Mondays and your weight won’t return.

Breakfast: lemon juice (1 glass)

Lunch: an apple and a rusk

Dinner: a rusk, a tomato, and an egg

Drink plenty of water!
