Preparation

Olive oil
Put a teaspoon of olive oil in your nostrils. It will soften the tissue and help you with snoring. Do this for a few days.
Nettle tea
Pour a cup of water over a tsp. of dried nettle. Leave it for 5 minutes and drink 3 cups per day to stop snoring.
Steam baths with apple cider vinegar and sage
Boil some apple cider vinegar and a handful of sage leaves in a water. Place your head over the pot covered with a towel and breathe over it until there is a steam.
