Great exercises that will make you look great!



Here are some exercises that will make your body look perfect, it will be toned and strong. They are resistance exercises that will have great effects on your body.

  • The Burpee

This is an exercise for the large muscle groups. It will help you to get rid of the belly fat much faster than any other cardio exercise.

This basic functional movement will tone your butt and legs. With the help of dumb bells or barbell, you can intensify this exercise.

Another exercise for the core muscles which will help you to have toned and flat stomach.
