These seeds are rich in minerals, vitamins, fiber, proteins, and antioxidants, therefore, chia water is one of the best options if you want to start your day in a healthy way. It will boost your metabolism and it will help you to lose some weight.

How it will help you to lose some weight

The chia seeds will help you to feel full for a longer period of time and they will reduce water retention. They will maintain a normal level of glucose in the blood and combined with some exercise help in the building of muscle mass.

The recipe

Add ½ a tablespoon of chia in 200 ml. of cold water, put the mixture in the fridge for an hour and then when the seeds are swelled, dilute the gel and mix with some orange, lemon, or cucumber slices.
