How to feel better from 9 to 5?



 

Almost all of us are without energy and tired when they leave the office. When we see five o’clock we immediately think of TV, dinner, and pajamas. But follow the plan that a few nutritionists and trainers have invented.

  • Morning

Mental health

Put your hands on the chest and breathe in for 4 sec. hold your breath 4 sec. and breathe out for 4 sec. Repeat this for 2 minutes.

Fitness

The computer should be at eye level and the hands on one even plane.

Nutrition

The first thing in the morning should be a glass of warm water with some lemon.

Nutrition

Eat an egg and half an avocado for breakfast and avoid grains and fruits.

  • Lunch

Fitness

While you are at your chair, try holding the left side of the desk with the left hand and put the right arm over the head. Breathe in and lean to the left. Hold this position for 6 breaths and the switch the sides. Repeat 6 times.

Mental health

Go on a walk outside for 15 minutes.

Nutrition

Eat proteins and carbs such as kale, salmon, smoothies, quinoa, red lentils, etc.

  • Afternoon

Fitness

Stand straight and widen your legs hip-apart. Put the arms in the air and breathe in. Bend and reach for your feet while you are breathing out. Repeat 5 times.

Nutrition

Energy boosting and high in fiber foods such as turkey wraps, peanut butter, walnuts, hummus, etc.

Mental health

Massage your wrists with a peppermint oil, the temples, and behind your ears.

  • End of the day

10-15 minutes do something you love without any distractions, reading, listening to music, sketch.
