This one stretch will relieve the pain in your heel, shin splints, and plantar fasciitis!



 

We all experience a foot pain in a certain point of our lives and if you are exercising the chance of having some of these conditions is more common:

  • tendonitis in the tops of your feet
  • limited motion
  • scar tissue build-up
  • Achilles pain, tendinitis, and tightness
  • heel pain
  • compartment syndrome
  • shin splints

Many of these problems occur due to overuse of your feet and tight calves. Even though we are stretching our calves before and after exercise it is probably not enough.

Here is a simple stretch that will help you with pain in your feet or plantar fasciitis. It is very easy and you should do it on a daily basis.

Useful tips

  • Don’t forget to pin your fascia and then you should stretch
  • Remember to move down and up on your calf. When you will find your good spot rotate like a ballerina
  • Use the weight of your body as much as you can.
