A great diet plan for fast losing weight!



There are many diets but not all of them are effective. So we are trying to find the best diet that can help us to lose our weight fast. There are many diets with soups but most of them aren’t enough and we will feel hungry. So, you can include kombucha in your diet. Today we are going to present you a soup diet that is very effective and the results will be amazing.

Fast losing weight soup recipe

Ingredients

  • Chopped parsley, curry powder, cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper
  • Green beans (2 cans)
  • Cabbage (1)
  • Green onions (6)
  • Celery (1 bunch)
  • Sliced carrots (3 lbs.)
  • Onion soup mix by Lipton (1 ounce)
  • Canned tomatoes (16 oz.)

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a pot and add some water. Boil them for 10 minutes and then let them simmer until they are soft.

Cabbage soup recipe

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper
  • Herbs
  • Sliced leek (1)
  • Broth
  • Sliced kombu seaweed (1)
  • Crushed tomatoes (2 lbs.)
  • Sliced shiitake mushrooms (1 lb.)
  • Sliced garlic (1 bulb)
  • Diced bell pepper (1)
  • Onion (1)

Preparation

Saute all the ingredients except the tomatoes and the cabbage. Put the tomatoes and the cabbage in a pot covered with some water and boil them. Let them simmer until they are soft.

The diet plan

First day

Eat special soup and fruit. Drink a lot of water and herbal tea without any sugar or kombucha. Don’t eat bananas.

Second day

Eat the special soup and vegetables and buttered potato for dinner. Avoid fruits, peas, beans, and eat leafy greens.

Third day

Eat all the soups and as many vegetables and fruits as you want. Avoid potatoes.

Fourth day

Eat as many bananas as you want and drink plenty of water. Eat the soup too and foods that contain proteins, carbs, potassium, and calcium.

Fifth day

Eat six tomatoes, 15 ounces of beef, lamb, chicken, beans, wheat gluten, and aduki. Drink plenty of water (8 glasses) and eat the soup two times per day.

Sixth day

Eat chicken, fish, lamb, or beef with vegetables. You could eat 3 steaks with leafy green vegetables and avoid potatoes. Eat soup once per day.

Seventh day

Eat vegetables, fruits, and brown rice. You should eat soup two times per day.

This diet will help you to lose a lot of weight and you will be amazed by the results!
