Bigger breasts without a surgery!



 

Most women want to have big breasts and many of them even undergo a surgery in order to achieve that. But, today we are going to tell you some tip if you want to have bigger breasts.

  • Doing exercises

Push-ups are a great exercise if you want to have bigger and stronger breasts. Lie on your stomach on the ground and put the hands below the shoulders. Push upwards into plank position until your arms are straightened and them go down again. If this is too hard for you keep your knees on the floor at the beginning.

Lift dumbbells. Take the dumbbells and rest the hands on the thighs. Now, lift them in the air while your arms are a little bent and the hands straight. Raise them above the head and then down.

Do the fly lift. Lie on the back and the arms on both sides with weights in them. Move your arms outwards, the body should have the shape of a cross, then go back to the initial position. Try doing 2 sets of 15 fly lifts and increase then as you gain more strength.

Do wall press. Place yourself two feet away from the wall and put your arms on the wall. Now, press with your hands as in push-ups. Repeat 10 wall presses in two sets.

Do crunches. Lay down while the arms are to the sides and the knees bent. Keep the arms and the feet on the ground and sit up. Now, go back to the initial position. Make 2 sets of 10 each.

  • Adjust your diet

If you want to enlarge your breast you need to gain a few pounds. The breasts go with the other parts of the body such as the thighs, stomach, etc. and as they enlarge as you put on some weight your breast will enlarge too.

  • Eat foods rich in estrogen

Estrogen is also known as the women hormone and it can help you to increase your breasts. Foods rich in estrogen are:

Wheat, barley, rice

Beets, carrots, cucumbers

Cherries, apples, plums

Fenugreek seeds

Cheese and yogurt

Kidney beans

Chickpeas and lentils

  • Eat foods rich in phytoestrogen

It is proven that foods rich in phytoestrogen can increase your breast and foods rich in it are:

Winter squash

Flax seeds

Strawberries, peaches, raspberries

Wine, black tea, green tea

Walnuts, chestnuts, pistachios

  • Avoid estrogen pills and supplements

Foods that contain estrogen and phytoestrogen can help you to enlarge your breast but supplements such as pills can lead to breast cancer and don’t take them without the approval of your doctor.

  • Make your breasts to look bigger

Wear a bra that fits you correctly

Wear a push-up or padded bra

Contour your breast with some makeup

Improve your posture

Wear clothes that put an accent on your breasts
